Return Policy

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order.

Conditions for Returns:

1. Refunds:

   • Products must be in their original, unopened, unused, and sellable condition.
   • All parts of the product, including packaging, caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, and any qualifying free gift, must be returned.
   • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
   • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection.

2. Replacements:

   • Items with very minor damage that does not affect the function of the bottle will be replaced, not refunded.
   • Products with damage that affects their use are eligible for refunds.

3. Capacity Requirement:

   • Products returned for a refund must have at least 98% of the original content. Returns with less than 98% capacity are not eligible for a refund.

Items with ripped, creased, crushed, or missing packaging, or those with significant fragrance usage, are not accepted for return or replacement.
